• ​After presenting you with a variety of options, we gather information, set up site inspections of selected hotel properties, and, once a property has been chosen, generate and negotiate the contract; all this with just one call.​

Our Planners

Brett Jarvis

Brett Jarvis, CMM, received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Marketing from the University of Colorado. During his thirteen year hotel career, Brett worked for Doubletree Hotels, Meridien Hotels and Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. 

Brett served six years on the Board of Directors for Meeting Professionals International Orange County Chapter. His last position was President of the organization in 1999-2000. Brett currently serves on the Advisory Council for the California State Fullerton Certificate Program for Professional Meeting Planning.

Kristen Weaver

Kristen Weaver attended Indiana University in Bloomington and received her Bachelor in Fine Arts from California State University Long Beach in 1993.  She worked 13 years in the action sports industry with Joyride Snowboards and Displayit Inc. After taking some time off for family Kristen began working with at ISA in 2014.

She has 3 children and is active in the schools and PTA holding positions of Treasurer, Auditor, Historian, and the Classroom Garden.

Faye Schultz

Faye Schultz graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. After taking additional courses in hotel and Tourism from the University of Innsbruck in Austria, she began her hotel career in 1983 with Wyndham Hotels. In 1985 Faye relocated to California to begin her career with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. Her extensive hotel background spans front office, food and beverage management, conference services and group sales. In 1994 she joined Meeting Sites Resource as a Strategic Site Specialist..

Penny Parr

Beginning her career in catering sales in the hotel industry, Penny Parr, CEM, CMP, DMCP worked for the Marriott, Hyatt Regency, and Four Seasons brands. She later expanded her industry knowledge, producing major trade shows, meetings, and conventions across the country for GES Exposition Services. As General Manager of the Washington DC office of Hosts Global, a major international destination management company, Penny added to her understanding of the needs of the client all aspects of destination specific meeting production. Penny’s true passion has been as a meeting planner, designing wide-ranging experiences both nationally and internationally, her full-time focus for the past 7 years.

Shellie Wallace

Shellie Wallace graduated from the University of Massachusetts with a degree in Hotel, Restaurant & Travel Administration. Her professional Hospitality career began at Marriott International serving as Senior Catering Manager and followed at Intercontinental Hotels and the DoubleTree both as Director of Catering and Director of Food and Beverage. 

In 2003 Wallace began a freelancing career, starting her own event planning company focusing on Special Events. In 2012, she truly found her passions converging when she began working for an incentive travel company, traveling extensively both domestically and internationally. Wallace had the pleasure of joining ISA in 2022. Now, with twins, husband and dogs at home, her travel days may have decreased but her passion for planning is ever growing. 

Annie Weiland

Anne Weiland ISA Travel , Anne received her Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Missouri,Columbia Missouri. After graduation, Anne relocated to Honolulu Hawaii and was hired by Jada yacht charters serving as a hostess on board inter island and day charters. Anne was recruited as a Flight Attendant by Continental  Airlines, where she was based in Los Angeles , Honolulu, Houston and Newark.  She worked routes throughout Europe, Asia and the South Pacific.  After taking early retirement from the Airlines, she was hired as a Regional Travel director with Maritz Travel, where she worked facilitating meetings and Corporate Incentive trips. She joined Brett Jarvis with ISA and loves working with Brett's highly regarded clients and exceptional team.
